  • Shipping options and fees:
    • Standard Shipping: Free PAN‑India.
    • Express Shipping: Free PAN‑India.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with no fee and no order value limit.
  • Order processing and cutoff:
    • Regular orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the same day (Mon–Sun). Orders placed after the cutoff dispatch the next working day.
    • Customized orders (falls/pico/blouse stitching, alterations) dispatch as per customization scope; timelines are communicated on product pages or by support.
  • Courier partners: Leading national partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, India Post, Shadowfax, and Ecom Express.
  • Delivery timelines after dispatch:
    • Metros: Typically 1–3 business days.
    • Non‑metros/remote areas: Typically 3–7 business days.
    • Actual timelines may vary due to courier operations, location, weather, or festive load. Tracking details are shared by SMS/email after dispatch.
  • Address changes: Allowed until dispatch. After dispatch, changes depend on courier feasibility and are not guaranteed.
  • In‑store pickup:
    • Location: Pickup at our store: Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi 110045.
    • Hold period: 7 days from “ready for pickup” notification.
    • Pickup requirements: No ID or order confirmation required; handover at store’s discretion.
  • Receipt, damage, missing or wrong item:
    • Opening/unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or wrong item claim.
    • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and photos; claims beyond this window may be declined.
  • Undeliverable/RTO:
    • If a shipment returns to us (RTO/undeliverable), our exchange‑only policy applies. Refunds are not offered. The customer bears return courier charges for exchange processing.
