Yes, shipping is PAN‑India. Both Standard and Express shipping are free. COD is available with no fee and no order value limit.
Regular orders placed before 2:00 PM IST dispatch the same day; orders after the cutoff dispatch the next working day. Metros typically deliver in 1–3 business days and non‑metros in 3–7 business days after dispatch.
No. We follow an exchange‑only policy. Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery and the return courier cost is borne by the customer. Replacement is shipped after QC approval.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact. An opening/unboxing video recorded from unbroken seal to full unboxing is mandatory for damage/shortage/wrong‑item claims and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. Customized/altered items, sale items, and accessories are not eligible.
