  • Swapna Vastraa, a trusted online ethnic store in India, strongly believes in complete transparency in its operations.
  • Business Model: Exchange‑only. Refunds are not offered under any circumstance.
  • Exchange window: Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days after delivery.
  • Eligibility conditions:
    • Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Mandatory opening/unboxing video recorded from unbroken seal to full unboxing for any damage/shortage/wrong‑item claim; submit within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Item must pass Quality Check (QC) when received at our facility.
  • Non‑exchangeable items:
    • Customized/altered products (falls, pico, edging, blouse stitching, made‑to‑order).
    • Sale/discounted items and accessories (e.g., jewelry, add‑ons).
  • Who pays for shipping:
    • The customer pays courier/shipping charges to send the item back for exchange.
    • Replacement dispatch is initiated after QC approval.
  • If requested size/color is unavailable:
    • Store credit will be issued, valid for 6 months.
  • How to initiate an exchange:
    • Within 2 days of delivery, email or WhatsApp support with order ID, reason, and the mandatory unboxing video/photos. Support will share the return address and next steps.
    • Pack securely in original packaging and ship to the provided address. Retain airway bill/tracking proof.
    • After QC approval, the replacement will be dispatched or store credit issued if the requested variant is unavailable.
  • Store pickup exchanges:
    • Exchanges can also be processed via in‑store drop at Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi 110045 within the 2‑day window. QC and eligibility conditions remain the same.
  • COD orders:
    • COD is available at no extra fee or limit. Exchanges for COD orders follow the same process and conditions as prepaid orders.
